No, our installtion software is only Windows compatible.
Installation trouble-shooting
1. I donīt have MapSource, can I still use these maps?
Sure, our product includes MapSource.
2. I lost my product number, what should I do?
Please contact info@global-map.net and weīll e-mail you a new one. You just have to provide the e-mail you used to make your online payment.
3. I changed my GPS and it wonīt let me install the map on my new GPS, what should I do?
Each product number can be used to install the maps on a single computer / GPS unit. Please, contact info@global-map.net to request a new product number.

1. I made my online payment and have not received my product number, why?
You should get an email with your product number immediately after completing your online payment.
Make sure to check your e-mail SPAM folder, if you still canīt find your product number, please contact us.
2. Do you offer volume discounts?

No, we currently donīt offer military discounts.
4. Can I purchase your map data in SHP format?
No, we only offer our maps on Garmin GPS compatible format.
5. Can you send me a CD instead of downloading the maps?

1. How often do you update your map information?
We update our maps every year. You can re-purchase full updated version for only 99 USD.
2. Will your Afghanistan map delete any other map I already have in my GPS?
Your NorthAmerica default map will not be afected. If you have transfered other maps to your GPS using MapSource, you may have to transfer them again after installing our Afghanistan map.
3. Can I use the same license on more than one GPS?
No, you must purchase one license per GPS. Please check our volume discount list.
4. When was the map last updated?
We update our maps on a yearly basis.
5. How many Mb is the entire map coverage?
All 5 zones are 9.5 MB
